A week has passed since the opening of the 2020 Premier League summer transfer window.

Chelsea and Brighton & Hove Albion continue to remain the only sides, who have officially added new players to their first-team squads.

With still nine weeks remaining in the window, there should be plenty of new arrivals. Sportslens will have you covered with the latest transfer gossip every day.

Top Transfer Rumours:

Arsenal ended their season on a positive note with a record 14th FA Cup title. Gunners boss Mikel Arteta is expected to reinforce his squad during the summer and it appears that the club could part ways with as many as nine players including Alexandre Lacazette (The Daily Mail).

Sheffield United are keen on landing the services of Nottingham Forest right-back Matt Cash. The Blades are prepared to bid around £10m for his services, but the offer is set to be rejected by the Championship side, who are aiming to secure at least £15m through his sale (Sky Sports).

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s future at Arsenal has been a regular topic of speculation this year. The north London side are planning to open fresh contract talks with the player following his FA Cup final heroics. Aubameyang is eyeing a three-year deal on wages worth £250,000-a-week (The Daily Mirror).

Meanwhile, Gunners head coach Mikel Arteta is keen on adding more experience to the squad after committing Aubameyang to a fresh deal. The Spaniard wants to recruit Thomas Partey, Philippe Coutinho and Willian this summer (The Times).

Chelsea are pushing ahead with their bid to sign Bayer Leverkusen attacker Kai Havertz. Blues boss Frank Lampard also wants to strengthen the backline for next season, but he may have to offload a few defensive players before making any additional signings (The Telegraph).

Talks are ongoing between Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United over the transfer fee structure for Jadon Sancho. While Dortmund are reluctant to lower their £108m price tag, they seem prepared to accept a lesser fee up front for the England international (Sky Sports News).

Willian is close to leaving Chelsea on a free transfer after declining a two-year deal. The Brazilian has regularly mentioned that he wants a three-year contract and Arsenal are considered favourites to meet his demands (The Guardian).
