CONFIRMED: Arsenal vs Chelsea lineups – Walcott and Torres start

Arsenal face Chelsea at the Emirates this evening in what is arguably the biggest game of the season so far. Get ready, we are surely in for a cracker!

Arsenal vs Chelsea

The Gunners have dropped down to third in the table after wins for Liverpool and Man City respectively over the weekend, but could re-establish a two point lead at the summit with a win over arch-rivals Chelsea.

Jose Mourinho has never lost a league game against Arsene Wenger, and he can guide the Blues above the Gunners if he can get the better of the Frenchman once more.

The London weather may have a real effect on the game, with the torrential downpour in the capital threatening to turn the pristine Emirates pitch into a mud bath…

Arsenal Starting XI: Szczesny, Sagna, Mertesacker, Vermaelen, Gibbs, Arteta, Rosicky, Ramsey, Ozil, Walcott, Giroud

Subs: Fabianski, Monreal, Jenkinson, Flamini, Cazorla, Bendtner, Podolski

Chelsea Starting XI: Cech; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry (c), Azpilicueta; Mikel, Lampard; Ramires, Willian, Hazard; Torres

Subs: Schwarzer, David Luiz, Cole, Oscar, Mata, Schurrle, Eto’o
