France go head-to-head with Belgium on Tuesday with a place in the final in Moscow on July 15 up for grabs.
Les Bleus progressed to the last four with a comfortable 2-0 victory over Uruguay, while Belgium knocked out five-time winners Brazil 2-1 in the quarter-finals.
The winners will face either England or Croatia in Sunday’s final.
France are priced at 6/4 to win the game in 90 minutes, with Belgium on offer at 2/1 and the draw available at 9/4.
Tottenham’s Moussa Dembele comes into the Belgium midfield to go head-to-head with Chelsea star N’Golo Kante.
This will be the first competitive meeting between the two sides since the 1986 World Cup, when France won 4-2 in the third-place play-off.
Belgium won 4-3 the last time they met France in a friendly in Paris back in 2015.
