According to reports from The Guardian, the Chilean midfielder will sign a four-year-deal worth £90,000 a week. Juventus agreed a €37m fee for the 28-year-old and a further €3m in add-ons.
Vidal, who won four Serie A titles during his time with Juventus, will now travel to Bayern for a medical and the Bundesliga club are expecting to announce the deal before the end of the week.
Juventus have lost two important players this summer – Carlos Tevez and now Arturo Vidal – but the squad has been bolstered with the arrivals of Mario Mandzukic, Sami Khedira and Paulo Dybala. The club president has confirmed that Juventus will not sell Paul Pogba in the summer.
Should the deal go through, Vidal will become the most expensive transfer in Bayern’s history, along with Javi Martinez.
