The Pokemon Go craze is everywhere. People are glued to their phone trying to catch Pokemon and funnily the craze has gone too far, even in sports. It has even made it way inside the stadiums, for instance, it has been a huge hit in the Los Angeles Angels’ clubhouse.

However, Jose Mourinho has his way. He would apparently prefer his Manchester United players to focus on soccer balls rather than wasting time on catching poker balls.

According to reports from Fox Sports, the new Manchester United boss has restricted his player from playing Pokemon Go for two days before each match. Instead of trying to catch a Squirtle, he wants his players to get a grip of his tactics.

A “source” told the Daily Star: “He says for 48 hours before a match, he wants the guys to leave it alone and concentrate on the tactics he and his staff have been working on in the days before.”

It seems ridiculous and no one knows whether the “source” mentioned is legitimate or not, but with Mourinho, you can expect strict discipline in the team. He can go to any extreme to let his players not getting distracted from matters relating to football.
