Progeny of the sire Garswood tend to peak at four and had we bet them all (Flat only) we’d have won 36 of our 204 bets (17.7% strike-rate) and made a profit of £122.03 to a £1 level stake at SP. HARSWELL DUKE caught the eye on his first four-year-old start when a 25-1 fifth of 16 against the draw bias at Redcar last month. He played up on the way to post and was possibly unsuited to the Tapeta surface when only fourth of five on his all-weather debut at Newcastle next time and should do better now back on turf.
