Punchestown Festival Bankers on Day Four (Friday 29th April 2022)

4.50 Punchestown: ELIMAY @ 4/5 with BoyleSports – Popular grey mare that landed the Mares’ race at the Cheltenham Festival – that was her sixth career win over fences and will be a popular pick to make it seven.

5.25 Punchestown: HONEYSUCKLE@ 1/5 with BoyleSports – Needs little introduction, having won all 15 of her hurdles runs to date. Last seen romping away with another Champion Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival and having won this race last year too will come here as the warmest banker at Punchestown this week.

6.00 Punchestown: STATE MAN @ 5/4 with BoyleSports – Continued his upward curve to take the Coral Cup at Cheltenham last time out to make it 2-from-4 over hurdles and looks a very progressive hurdler. The Mullins yard have also won this race five times since 2013.
