The highly rated youngster is all set to leave Chelsea and join Atletico Madrid in the summer on a season long loan. The Blues have already agreed a deal for Diego Costa and may bring in another quality striker as well. In such a scenario, Lukaku would drop down the pecking orders at the club and hence Chelsea have decided to sell him on loan yet again.

Lukaku joined Chelsea in 2011 from Anderlecht but has only managed 10 league games so far for the Blues. He was sent on loan to West Brom, where he scored 17 league goals and last season scored 15 league goals (also on loan) for Everton.

While many had expected that he would be drafted into the senior squad this time around but it seems Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has other ideas.

According to El Confidencial, the 21-year-old will join Atletico Madrid after the World Cup gets over. The deal has been agreed and the Belgian is just waiting for an official confirmation.

Will it be a good move for Lukaku? Does he have any future at Chelsea? Share your thoughts below…
