Inter Milan scored early but couldn’t get another goal as they opened the door for AC Milan.
Palermo played a solid match despite having less possession and being outshot 24-12. The opening goal for Inter Milan came on a Milito penalty kick in the 11th minute.
It would take Palermo about 13 minutes to respond as Edison Cavani scored the equalizer in the 24th minute. Neither team would score in the rest of the match.
Inter now leads by two points over AC Milan who will place Napoli tomorrow in the Serie A.
