Liverpool have agreed a deal for the young winger Ryan Kent to join Barnsley on loan for next season.
The highly rated midfielder was a part of Klopp’s pre-season squad, but the German has decided to send the player out on loan as soon as Barnsley registered their interest in him.
Kent is rated very highly by the staff at Melwood and is considered as Liverpool’s best attacking talent alongside Ojo and Wilson. The tricky youth star primarily operates as an attacking midfielder from in behind the striker or as a right-sided winger.
Ryan Kent can now continue his development by playing regular first team football at a high level with Barnsley.

Liverpool have negotiated a clause with Barnsley that will see the player appear in atleast 75% of games when fit. In case the clause is not met, Barnsley will have to pay a fine to Liverpool.
Kent was in fine form during the first half of the pre-season with Liverpool and will be a great addition to the Championship. Barnsley finished sixth in League One last year and were promoted after beating Millwall in the play-offs.
