Liverpool’s transfer activity seems to continue well into the Transfer Deadline day as the reputed Merseyside reporter for Telegraph Chris Bascombe claims Queens Park Rangers have had a £10m bid accepted for striker Fabio Borini.

James Pearce had earlier tweeted that the Reds are in talks with the Loftus Road outfit over a possible deal.

Borini had earlier been linked with Sunderland where he had an impressive loan stint and the Black Cats were willing to even offer a £14m deal to sign the Italian striker but the player himself rejected the move to fight for a starting eleven spot for the Anfield outfit.
Borini failed to muster starting eleven spot for Liverpool since his arrival in 2012 and with Mario Balotelli joining the Reds, the former Roma player has fallen further down the pecking order under manager Brendan Rodgers.
