Swedish superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been linked with a move away from PSG over the last few months.

His contract expires later this summer and the player has decided that he will pursue a different challenge next season.

Despite offers from China and MLS, Telegraaf are reporting that Zlatan Ibrahimovic has snubbed big money moves in favour of a reunion with former manager Jose Mourinho.

The duo worked together at Inter Milan and share a great relationship. Mourinho is expected to be confirmed as the Manchester United manager later this week and it seems that Ibrahimovic will be his first signing.

The Sweden striker wants to become a coach once he retires and the report from Holland claims that Manchester United will give him that chance as an assistant manager.

Manchester United desperately need another number nine and despite his age, Zlatan is a world class player who guarantees goals and much more.

The PSG striker will also add much needed experience and winning mentality to Manchester United’s squad.

If United do manage to land him, it would be a fantastic piece of business. Furthermore, signing a player of his calibre and status on a free transfer is as good as it gets in every sense.

Ibrahimovic has scored 50 goals in 51 games for PSG this season.
