According to the Daily Star, Tottenham have made an improved offer of 12 million pounds for West Ham midfielder Scott Parker after seeing an initial bid of seven million pounds quickly rejected.

Analysis: West Ham co-owner David Sullivan recently said Parker wasn’t for sale at any price, so that would seem to indicate that even 12 million would be rebuffed without a thought.
