The Premier League have announced the 2021/22 fixtures today.

Tottenham Hotspur will start their new season at home to Manchester City.

In September, Spurs face back-to-back London derbies against Crytal Palace, Chelsea and Arsenal, and they need to make a good start to the season.

They face Everton, Leeds and an away trip to Burnley in November, which will be tricky fixtures. In January, Spurs again face Chelsea and Arsenal in consecutive fixtures.

From February to March, the squad will be severely tested, as Spurs face Wolverhampton Wanderers, Manchester City, Leeds United, Everton, Manchester United and West Ham United.

A trip to Anfield in May could be important if they are in the mix for European places. Spurs end the campaign against Norwich City at Carrow Road.

Spurs will be hoping for vast improvements next season. They are yet to appoint a permanent manager, although Paulo Fonseca is reportedly close to agreeing a move.

Last season, the north London club slipped to a seventh-place finish. If you look at the fixture list, they have some tough fixtures in patches.

The club will have a hectic schedule in 2021/22 due to their participation in the first-ever Europa Conference League.

The summer transfer window is massive for Spurs. Harry Kane is actively looking for a way out this summer. If they lose him and start poorly, Spurs could be in serious trouble.
