Chelsea will take on Liverpool on Sunday at the Stamford Bridge, where the Blues will be looking to maintain their unbeaten record at home.
Jose Mourinho has insisted that his side needs to take chances to kill off the games and will be very disappointed with the performance of his strikers so far. Against Liverpool, they must take their chances, else Suarez & co can punish them badly.
So, how would Chelsea shape up for this tie?
Defence: Jose Mourinho has a big dilemma here – whether to start with Luiz or Cahill. Luiz was brilliant in the last match, but Cahill and Terry partnership has done very well recently, especially in big games. Also, Cesar Azpilicueta may come in instead of Ashley Cole for the left-back role.
Midfield: Brazilian midfielder Ramires is suspended after picking up 5 yellow cards, so expect Frank Lampard to start alongside John Obi Mikel.
Forward: Mata, Oscar and Hazard started in the last match and they did well. But, will Mourinho stick with those three again? Willian and Schurrle may come in as well. Samuel Eto’o was a big disappointment against Swansea, and will likely be replaced by Spaniard Fernando Torres.
Prediction: 1-1, Chelsea have won 9 of their last 10 Premier League matches, but Liverpool are on form as well, so a draw would be a good result for all parties.
