Chelsea will travel to the Craven Cottage to face derby rivals Fulham on Saturday, where Jose Mourinho will be looking for nothing less than full three points.
Of all the Premier League clubs, Chelsea had a better outing in the Champions League, as they salvaged a draw against Galatasaray in the mid-week.
However, focus now shifts on the Premier League, where a victory will consolidate their position at the top of the league table. They have won eight of their last 10 matches in the league where as Fulham have lost their last three Premier League home games.
Mourinho doesn’t have enough injury issues to deal with at the moment, with Brazilian David Luiz, the only doubtful for the match. He is closing in on a return to full fitness, but whether he will start remains to be seen.
Nemanja Matic missed the Champions League tie, as he was cup-tied and expect the Serbian to start against the Cottagers. Fernando Torres scored in the mid-week and the Spaniard will likely to retain his place.
Prediction: 3-1; Chelsea are undefeated in their last 16 matches against Fulham in all competitions and should pick up full three points on Saturday.
