Manchester United have suffered a massive blow in signing Gareth Bale after the star forward dropped a hint that he will be at Real Madrid next season.
The Wales international joined the Spanish capital club for a world record fee of £85.6m in the summer of 2013. He had an impressive season with the La Liga giants, winning the Copa del Rey and the Champions League in his debut season.
However, the former Tottenham Hotspur star has endured a disappointing campaign this term as he has failed to live up to his price tag. When Real lost, Bale was heavily criticised and was also booed by section of the fans.
His continuous criticism has seen him being linked with a move to Old Trafford as the Red Devils are preparing a €120m bid in signing Bale in the summer transfer window. In addition to this, Real have also failed to win Copa del Rey, La Liga or the Champions League.
Bale has now urged to bounce back stronger next season at Real Madrid, which suggests that he will be at the Santiago Bernabéu.
“Not the end of the season we had hoped for, we always want to win trophies! Will be working hard in the off season and looking forward to coming back next season stronger with @realmadrid #HalaMadrid,” Bale tweeted.

It should be seen if Louis van Gaal’s side will still continue persuading to sign Bale throughout the summer transfer window, especially that Real are without a manager after sacking Carlo Ancelotti on Tuesday.
