According to Daily Mail, Manchester United are confident about two transfers before the window closes at the end of this month.
Johnny Evans and Victor Valdes’ departures could be the only transfer deals happening for Manchester United now.
Louis Van Gaal is still keen to sign an attacker, but it seems that the Dutchman might have to wait till January or even next summer. The lack of quality attackers in the market has forced Van Gaal to consider stepping away from signings at the moment.
The Mail report states that there is a growing belief in the United camp that there might not be any more incomings this window.
Johnny Evans has been linked with a move to Everton and West Brom. Both clubs are interested in the Manchester United centre back and could make a move for him soon.
Evans is surplus to requirements at Old Trafford and Van Gaal is keen to get him off the books.
Meanwhile, Victor Valdes is close to a Turkey move. Besiktas have agreed a free transfer for the former Barcelona keeper and the deal could be made official soon.
The Spaniard has had a fall out with Louis Van Gaal after he refused to play for the United U21s and is now looking to end his nightmare spell at Old Trafford.
