Surely, the transfer window has gone crazy. He is back on Manchester United radar. Remember the name – Fredy Guarin.
We all know what happened last summer with Guarin. He was heavily linked with a move to English clubs and was even set to join Juventus but in the end none of the deals materialised and he remained a player for the Nerazzurri.
With less than 10 days remaining for the transfer window to shut, his name is being linked again and that too with Manchester United.
According to GDS, the 28-year-old midfielder is keen to solve his future at the earliest. He has been with Inter since 2012 but now wants to leave the club for newer challenge.
Russian outfit Zenit are keen to sign him but Guarin is expecting better offers from top European clubs.
According to the report, Manchester United are back in the race for the Colombian international. The Red Devils have opened talks with Milan officials over the possible move but haven’t made any formal offers yet.
Zenit on the other hand have lodged a formal offer but Inter, being aware of Manchester United’s interest are playing a waiting game here.
Inter are asking for a fee in the region of €12-14m for Guarin but GDS claim Manchester United can land him at a reduced price.
