French magazine Le 10 Sport in their February edition has published a lengthy feature on Jose Mourinho and his chances of returning to management with Manchester United. Like every other media outlets in UK, Le 10 are equally convinced that the Portuguese will join Manchester United next summer, but believe the deal is far from being done.

Recently, Spanish newspaper El Confidencial claimed that Mourinho had already agreed a pre-contract with Manchester United, though we doubt about the veracity of the report. Reliable sources in UK, such as ESPN or Guardian, have been feeding us this information that Mourinho is merely confident of joining United, and that no deal has been struck between him and the Old Trafford club.

Le 10 explains that the only reason why Mourinho would certainly join Manchester United is the Portuguese has no other options left with him. He cannot go back to Real Madrid, nor can he manage Barcelona at the moment. A move to Italy is almost out of the question, as he is only interested in managing a top Premier League club. Apart from Manchester United, there aren’t any potential vacant position left for him.

The French magazine have used their own source to find out that Mourinho’s agent Jorge Mendes is working hard to convince United to sign the former Chelsea boss.

In Spain, Catalan newspaper Sport reports that Mourinho, winner of three Premier League titles with Chelsea, will be given a massive transfer war-chest in the summer to bring players of his choice. The Portuguese is reportedly looking  to bring few players from his former club Real Madrid, with Bale, Varane and Modric are his preferred targets.
