Mainz keeper Loris Karius has been linked with a move away from Bundesliga this summer and it appears that the young German is headed to Liverpool in the summer.
Liverpool are in desperate need of a starting goalkeeper to replace Simon Mignolet and have identified Karius as the ideal replacement.
German keeper Timo Horn was also linked with a move to Liverpool earlier.
German outlet Kicker are now reporting that Karius has agreed terms with Liverpool and the Reds can sign him for a fee of around 10 million Euros.
The 22-year-old German keeper has a release clause of 10 million Euros and if Liverpool do manage to land him, it could turn out to be a massive bargain for Jurgen Klopp’s side.
Liverpool are also looking to complete deals for Udinese midfielder Piotr Zielinski and Bayern Munich attacker Mario Gotze.
Jurgen Klopp will want to reshape the Liverpool squad this summer and process has well and truly begun with the latest developments in a move for Loris Karius.
