Chelsea midfielder Lucas Piazon is all set to complete a loan transfer away from the London club this summer.
The highly talented attacking midfielder has confirmed that he has not yet decided on the team, but a loan move is imminent.
“I am supposed to be going out on loan again and I am waiting to see where I go,” Piazon told ESPN FC. “I have not yet decided where I may go out on loan. I have spoken to some clubs about going there, but nothing is 100% with anyone and I am just thinking things over.”
“Myself and Chelsea will make a decision where to go and then I will try and make an impact when I get there. I always want to play and be in the starting XI and if I can do that score some goals and create some chances I will be happy with that.”
Chelsea signed the Brazilian midfielder back in 2012 when Roberto Di Matteo was in charge of the club. The South American made his first team debut for the Premier League side later that year but has been away on loan since 2013.
Piazon has already played for Malaga, Vitesse Arnhem, Eintracht Frankfurt and Reading on loan so far and we will have to wait to find out his fifth club.
Last season Piazon impressed for Reading and managed to score 5 goals for the Championship side in 27 appearances.
The Brazilian is a versatile midfielder who can operate anywhere in behind the striker. However, with the likes of Willian, Oscar, Hazard and Pedro already at the club, Piazon is little chance of breaking into the first team at Stamford Bridge now.
