After weeks of speculation, the highly talented Nigerian midfielder Kelechi Nwakali has finally joined Arsenal.
Earlier this summer, there were reports that the player has agreed personal terms with the North London outfit. Apparently he had agreed a five-year contract.
The player has now confirmed on social media that he has indeed signed for the Premier League giants.

Arsenal have been in advanced talks with Nwakali since the start of 2016 after an impressive tournament. Nwakali helped Nigeria win the FIFA Under-17 World Cup last year.
As per the initial reports, the Gunners will reportedly pay a transfer fee of about £3 million to the Diamond Football Academy as part of the deal.
The midfielder was voted as the Most Valuable Player of the U17 World Cup and will now continue his development at Arsenal.
Wenger confirmed his interest in the player earlier this year and claimed that Arsenal identified Nwakali as the player of the tournament, and the young Nigerian is a top player.
Nwakali visited the Emirates in January and spoke to the club about a move back then. Back then the Diamond Football Academy president also confirmed Nwakali’s move to Arsenal.
