According to reports from Italian media Calciomercato, Serie A giants Juventus are plotting a move for Manchester United winger Nani.
The 27-year-old, who has made only 4 league appearances this season, has a contract till 2018. However, as per the report, the contract is only an eye-wash as it has been designed to command more transfer fee for the winger.
Inter Milan is also interested in getting him, but whether they could afford his 6m Euro salary/year is a really big question. The Nerazzuri probably won’t be able to match his high transfer fee which puts Juventus in pole position, should they move for him. And even if, they have the financial muscle, especially with the appointment of new management, they probably cannot tempt him with Champions League football, something which Juventus can offer.
The Old Lady are aware of the interests in the player from other European heavyweights like PSG, Monaco and Galatasaray and hence they want to move for him at the earliest. Juve are long term admirers of Nani’s talents and therefore expect them to make an attempt to sign him in next summer.
