Liverpool are closing in on FC Dnipro winger Yevhen Konoplyanka, with the Mirror claiming that the clubs have agreed an €18m fee for the player.
The 24-year-old Ukrainian has emerged as Brendan Rodgers new number one target this January, after Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah opted for a move to Chelsea last week.

Now it seems Liverpool have moved swiftly so as to secure the services of Konoplyanka, with the Mirror’s David Anderson tweeting that a fee has already been agreed.
Reports from Ukraine that Liverpool have agreed 18m euros fee for Konoplyanka. Are also said to have offered a 4.5 year deal.

Able to play on either flank, Konoplyanka has eight goals and six assists from 19 Ukrainian league games this season, and impressed in recent World Cup Qualifiers, including games against Roy Hodgson’s England.
David Anderson added soon after his original tweet that a deal for Konoplyanka hinges on the outcome of talks between the two clubs tomorrow, and the BBC’s Phil Mcnulty has said that Liverpool have not yet finalised the deal,
