Borussia Dortmund star Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been linked with a move away from Westfalenstadion this.
The Bundesliga star has been a target for both Arsenal and Chelsea and according to latest rumours, he prefers a move to Arsenal.
Chelsea missed out on Champions League qualification for next season and that could be a possible reason why Mkhitaryan fancies Arsenal.
Earlier this year, Mkhitaryan was linked with a move to Arsenal with reports claiming that he is already looking for a home in London. However, Bild confirmed last week that Mkhitaryan has had a lucrative offer from Premier League giants Chelsea.
The Armenian has been on fire this season and is clearly Dortmund’s best player despite Aubameyang being in prolific form. Mkhitaryan has been the orchestrator behind Tuchel’s free flowing Dortmund side and would be a quality addition to Arsene Wenger’s team.
With Sanchez and Ozil already at the club, signing Mkhitaryan could take Arsenal to another level next season. If Arsenal manage to pull it off, they would certainly have the best attacking midfield trio in the Premier League.
Mkhitaryan has 31 goals and assists in 40 games so far this season.
Arsenal have already signed Xhaka and are closing in on a move for Jamie Vardy.
