Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich plans to announce the Stamford Bridge expansion plans tomorrow.
The Chelsea owner has confirmed that the club will expand their stadium capacity to 60,000 and will not be leaving Stamford Bridge. Further, the Premier League champions could use Wembley as their home stadium during the construction works at the Bridge.
Chelsea football club are set to organise a three day public exhibition to reveal their plans to the local people.
Roman Abramovich is set to fund the expansion, which would cost around £500m and the design will be inspired from Westminster Abbey.

The Russian has put together a professional team comprising a masterplan architect Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands, stadium architect Herzog & De Meuron, strategic planners Aecom, railways and transportation (WSP) and structural engineers Schlaich Bergermann & Partner to work on the plan.
In the meantime, Chelsea could spend three seasons playing at a temporary home, with Wembley and Twickenham the main options.
The new stadium is also set to provide better access to the Fulham Broadway station.
Initially there were murmurs that Chelsea could leave Stamford Bridge, however, it is believed that the Russian has decided to stay at the Bridge and build a cathedral of football for the Blues.
