PSG are relentlessly pursuing some Chelsea’s best stars this summer, with David Luiz already heading to the French capital in a huge £40m deal; but they are ready to break the bank to secure unsettled winger Eden Hazard, with reports claiming that a £60m offer for the winger is on the way, after Chelsea encouraged the Ligue 1 champions in their pursuit!
Hazard, who was Chelsea’s outstanding player of last season, publicly fell out with Jose Mourino near the tail end of the previous campaign, prompting the incorrigible PSG to come sniffing around, hoping to entice the former Lille man back across the channel.
So far, nothing concrete has come of it, but the Daily Mirror have now reported that PSG have been encouraged in their pursuit of Hazard, and are readying a colossal opening gambit that would shatter the British transfer record.

The deal could be even more complicated, reads the report, with Argentine winger Ezequiel Lavezzi potentially used as a makeweight in the deal to take Hazard to the Parc de Princes.
Despite the 23-year-old’s problems with his manager this season, Chelsea seem to be doing all the pushing here, with Hazard telling ‘Sportwereld’ this week that he is unfazed by the rumours linking him with a move away from Stamford Bridge, insisting that it is merely speculation.
Perhaps Mourinho does not see Hazard as intrinsic to his future plans, with the criticism he aimed at the winger after the defeat to Atletico Madrid perhaps more poignant and with deeper meaning than previously thought?
Could this really happen?
