According to le10sport, Ligue 1 outfit OGC Nice are still very much keen on Celtic midfielder Olivier Ntcham and will look to lure him to France this summer.
The manager of the French side Patrick Vieira worked with the 24-year-old at Manchester City when he took charge of the academy in 2013, and he is eyeing a reunion.
Valencia, AS Roma and Sporting Lisbon were all reportedly interested in securing the services of the Hoops star in January after his impressive displays in the group stage of the Europa League, and it appears more suitors will emerge this summer.
Ntcham expressed a readiness to leave Celtic and the Scottish Premiership for a more challenging league last summer in order to boost his chances of playing for the French national team, and it remains to be seen if he still harbours the desire.
Playing back home will definitely give him that chance, and Nice appear to be willing to give him that opportunity.
The midfielder has played over 100 games for Neil Lennon’s side since arriving from Man. City in the summer of 2017, and still has two years left on his current contract.
Celtic could be willing to cash in on the Frenchman this summer if Nice are ready to meet their asking price, and it will be interesting to see what happens.
