vangaalManchester United have been handed a massive injury boost for their upcoming league fixture against West Bromwich Albion after manager Louis van Gaal confirmed only four players are out of action with injury.

The Premier League returns after two weeks of international break and the Red Devils have no causality, while clubs like Arsenal and Liverpool have lost few of their players. The former Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager is delighted that no players have picked up injuries while on international duty.

“This morning, we didn’t need any players from the second team and that is a plus,” Van Gaal said.

“I am very happy because there are no injuries from the international games. I think we’re in a good way. The players who are recovering are not able to play and we have to wait and see for the line-up on Monday. But we have only four players injured now. That is good.”

According to the Manchester Evening News’ reputed journalist Stuart Mathieson, Jesse Lingard, Antonio Valencia and central defenders Jonny Evans and Paddy McNair will miss West Brom clash.

In addition to this, skipper Wayne Rooney will face second of his three match suspension for the red card he received against West Ham United.
