Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been linked with a move to Manchester United this summer.
Speaking to Sports Illustrated, the Sweden international has confirmed that he does not enjoy a good relationship with Louis Van Gaal. But that will not matter if he was to move to Manchester United.
The PSG man claimed that at the end of the day he is a professional and that he would do his job at United and Van Gaal would do his. He stated that there will be fights and disagreements between the pair, but they can work together.
Asked about their relationship, Zlatan said: “No, that’s not good. He was a director in Ajax, and the way he is working is not the way I work.”
“At the end, I think he is professional and I am professional. Whoever I work with, I never had this kind of problems, because at the end I need to do my job, he needs to do his job,” Ibrahimovic said. “And I think a lot of fights would happen, but that’s something I like.”
Van Gaal has been on the lookout for a new striker apparently and Zlatan has already voiced his uncertainty regarding a PSG future. The player claimed that his future will be decided by Italian agent, Mino Raiola.
It is believed that United are keen to sign the world class striker and would be willing to match his outrageous wage demands in order for the transfer to happen.
