Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly interested to sign Donny van de Beek who is currently on the books of Manchester United.
The 24-year-old joined the Red Devils in the summer of 2020 from Ajax in a deal worth £35 million.
He is currently struggling for game time at Old Trafford, with the midfielder making just two substitute appearances in the Premier League so far.
Since his arrival in Manchester, the Dutch footballer has clocked up 41 appearances across all competitions, with a goal and two assists to his name.
Now he could depart the Theatre of Dreams this January transfer window in search of regular football action.
According to Birmingham Live, Wolves are eyeing a deal for Donny van de Beek. While Everton and Newcastle United have also been linked with a move for him.
The 24-year-old is a highly talented midfielder who is known for his excellent control, passing and positioning.
He was one of the star performers for Ajax during the 2018-19 campaign when they reached the semi-finals of the Champions League.
During his time in Amsterdam, the Netherlands international made 175 senior appearances for de Godenzonen, scoring 41 goals and creating 34 assists.
A player of his quality should be getting regular game time, which is currently not happening at United.
He could reignite his career by joining the Wanderers who are doing well in the Premier League under Bruno Lage.
The West Midlands outfit made a poor start to the new season by losing their first three matches.
However, they have since made a comeback and are currently eighth in the league standings.
