The Belgian midfielder will wear the number 9 shirt for the German outfit and will be looking to make his mark in Bundesliga with more first team action.
The talented winger is not in Louis Van Gaal’s first team plans as much as he would have liked and it seems that the Belgian is on his way to Bundesliga for more first team action.
After being frozen out of the squad last season, Januzaj is determined to get more minutes this season and was always keen to move in order to get more game time.
The likes of Sunderland were interested in the Belgian, but it seems that he has chosen to join Thomas Tuchel’s high flying Borussia Dortmund instead.
The Manchester United youngster will join the Germans on a loan deal. There is no option to buy.
Here is how Twitter reacted to the transfer
Januzaj will learn a lot under Tuchel, gutted but excited for the long run.

Genuinely not to have a go but Januzaj just another odd decision: how do you go from being the 10 in 3 of last 4 games to being dispensable?

Very hard to understand the rationale for the Januzaj loan deal from Man Utd’s point of view. Was he also blacklisted by LVG?

Not against Januzaj going on loan (so long as he actually plays) but would be pretty angry if there is a buy clause in there.
