Recently voted as the best player in the league, Eden Hazard was the difference once again as the Belgian scored the only goal of the game to bring the title back to London.
While there are suggestions that Chelsea never really faced any competition from the likes of Arsenal or Manchester City, it is beyond doubt that the best team in the league by quite a distance.
With the best defensive record in the league and the second best attack, Chelsea’s credentials cannot be doubted.
Jose Mourinho lifted his 8th league title as a manager and looks set to further his legacy at the Bridge.
