Paris Saint Germain midfielder Javier Pastore says that Chelsea players love to provoke making life difficult for the refs to officiate properly.
Chelsea were knocked out of the Champions League after Thiago Silva’s late header sealed the tie in PSG’s favour courtesy of away goal rule.
The referee, Björn Kuipers, came under lots of criticisms for some of the poor decisions he made that day, including the red card (wrongly) shown to Zlatan Ibrahomovic.
Pastore says that Chelsea players create confusion on the pitch making like difficult for the referees to deliver proper decisions.
Pastore: ‘At Chelsea, there’s a coach who provokes & players who like that. Diego Costa, for example. That’s his game’ (L’Equipe) #CFC #PSG

Pastore defends referee Kuipers in L’Equipe: ‘It’s not easy to referee #CFC because they have a lot of players who look to create confusion’ — Matt Spiro (@mattspiro) March 13, 2015
Before the match, PSG coach Laurent Blanc criticised Diego Costa, claiming him as a provocative, and here Pastore has echoed the same, only this time, he has added possibly Jose Mourinho into the mix.
