Nike and RED have released a new advert for their campaign against HIV/AIDS in Africa. The advert features not just football players but also the faces of Nike in tennis (Maria Sharapova) and basketball (Kobe Bryant). The footballers in the advert were also present at the event when Nike and RED announced the beginning of the ‘Lace Up, Save Lives’ campaign.
Didier Drogba (Chelsea, Ivory Coast), Andrei Arshavin (Arsenal, Russia), Marco Materazzi (Inter Milan, Italy), Fabio Cannavaro (Juventus, Italy), Denilson (Arsenal, Brazil), Clint Dempsey (Fulham, USA) and Javier Mascherano (Liverpool, Argentina) are seen doing different things with the laces like using them as iPod headphones, eating them as noodles, etc.
