According to UK media, Louis Van Gaal has informed his players that Angel Di Maria is heading to PSG.
The Argentine has endured a torrid spell at Old Trafford and is now set to complete a 46.5 million pound move to PSG. The French champions have apparently agreed a deal with United and Di maria is now off to America to undergo his medical.
PSG are camped in the New York Red Bull’s training base for their pre-season preparations and Di Maria will travel to join up with them soon.
The player’s representatives are already looking for a home in Paris and the move is expected to be confirmed soon.
Manchester United were happy to hold on to the former Real Madrid man, but it seems that the Argentine has made his mind up. Di Maria not only failed to settle into the club, he failed to find a home in the city as well.
The player’s family were left terrified after a burglary attempt at their home and will be glad to leave the country.
United are now expected to invest the money on the likes of Pedro and Gaitan who have been linked with a move to England.
United are set to make a loss of about 13 million pounds on the player after having smashed the British transfer record to land the coveted attacking midfielder.
