French Champions PSG have allowed Lucas Digne’s agent to negotiate a deal with Liverpool, according to reports from France.
Having already signed six players in the summer transfer window, Liverpool don’t have too much business left to complete in this window. However, there’s always a room for class players in your team, but one should be satisfied with the work that club has done so far this summer. The Reds have addressed most of their areas of concern that plagued them last term, by signing players as per the squad’s requirement. The ground has been set; it’s time for action.
It seems like Liverpool are planning to sign PSG’s Lucas Digne to provide depth in full back areas. Reports emerged last week about the possibility of Digne joining Liverpool. PSG boss Laurent Blanc also revealed that Digne had asked to leave the club. Liverpool and AS Roma were thought to be the front runner in the chase to sign him.
According to an exclusive report from Get French Football, PSG have agreed to let Liverpool negotiate with the left back’s agent.
Digne’s agent is currently in talks with Liverpool, but no formal offers have been presented at the moment. The defender will wait to make a decision till early August, when he returns from US.
