It seems like Liverpool are in a hurry to do business early in the season. Already the Reds have signed Rickie Lambert, who joined from Southampton and are close to wrapping up second major deal after agreeing €12m fee with Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Emre Can.
And they could seal the third major deal within next week, in the form of Sevilla defender Alberto Moreno, if the reports from Spain are to be believed.
Mundo Deportivo claims that the highly rated defender has already reached an agreement with Liverpool. The 21-year-old will be given a five year contract as the negotiation between the two parties have gone well.
Moreno would cost around €22m and the report suggest he will be presented at Anfield within next week. It was thought that Liverpool will offer Suso on loan as a part of the deal, but it seems Sevilla are happy with direct cash offer only.
We will keep an eye on this transfer and let you know all the latest developments.
