Liverpool have found themselves a replacement for Brendan Rodgers.
It appears that FSG have struck a deal with the former Borussia Dortmund manager, Jurgen Klopp, to take over at Anfield.
The former Liverpool boss was sacked after a 1-1 draw with Everton, on Sunday.
According to the ever reliable, Paul Joyce from Express, the charismatic German is set to be unveiled as the new Liverpool manager before the end of the week.
After a disappointing start to the season, Brendan Rodgers has been shown the door and FSG believe that Klopp is the right man to take Liverpool back to the top.
Brendan Rodgers has wished the club and his successor the very best, going forward. He also maintained that he was devastated with the decision and it was always an honour managing Liverpool football club.
Klopp appointment signals a new era at Liverpool and the Reds will hope that the charismatic German will steer them to glory.
Everything considered, Klopp seems a perfect fit for Liverpool and vice-versa.
Someone with his personality and emotion will galvanise the club and the fans at Anfield and will also re-unite a frustrated fan base.
Klopp is expected to bring his long term assistant, Buvac, with him to Liverpool. The likes of Sean O’Driscoll and Gary McAllister could well follow Brendan out of the club soon.
