Internazionale manager Jose Mourinho has insisted that he will make no decisions regarding his future until after the Champions League final in Madrid.
The “Special One” has reiterated a number of time this season his honor of coaching one of Europe’s biggest clubs but has also expressed his displeasure of Italian football which has sparked rumors of a possible move to Real Marid and a return to England.
The 47 year old is not at all interested in self indulgence and is only concentrating on affairs at the San Siro where his side are on the verge of a capturing a historic treble. Inter have already clinched the Coppa Italia and now face 6 monumental days where they could wrap up the domestic league championship for a fifth consecutive year and be crowned European champions. It could be the most successful period in The Nerazzurri’s history and the former Chelsea boss will not be distracted by anything else.
Mourinho said:
“When I reach this situation of playing a final every few days, I have no time to think about myself.”
“I have to think about my team and my club and until the night of the 22nd (Champions League final) I will not think about me.”
“After that I will think about myself, I will be a little bit selfish and think about my future and what is the best for me.”
“And after that I want to be clear for a month, no World Cup, no comments, no TV, no writing, nothing at all.”
“I’ll try to find a place in the middle of the ocean and be there for a month because I am tired.”
Meanwhile the Portuguese tactician has been praised by the manager of his former employers at Chelsea. Carlo Ancelotti revealed that Mourinho had sent him a humble text message congratulating the Italian on Chelsea lifting the Premier League title minutes their 8-0 demolition of Wigan Athletic.
Ancelotti said:
“Jose won two titles with Chelsea after a 50-year famine and he will always remain special. He sent me message of congratulations which was very kind of him.”
The former Rossoneri boss who had a rocky relationship with his adversary Mourinho during their one and only season together in Italy, revealed what the text said,
“Champagne, Carlo, Congratulations”
