Chelsea have reached an agreement with AC Milan over the transfer of Fernando Torres, who will now undergo a medical in Milan tomorrow.
Agents of Torres were in negotiation with the Italian club throughout the day and now reliable journalist GDM claim that Chelsea have reached an agreement to sell the Spaniard on a season long loan.
According to the report, both the clubs are closing on finer details, with Milan now organising a medical for the striker. Torres is expected to arrive in Milan tonight or tomorrow morning. Di Marzio claim the deal is basically done.
At this moment, we do not know the details of the deal but earlier reports suggested that Milan are working on a two year deal, with a possibility of another year extension if needed.
The Serie A giants are also working on the possibility of signing Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel. The Dutch midfielder has been given 24 hours to decide about his future. He is not include in the 25-man list for the Champions League.
