Chelsea travel to West Brom tonight, and can extend their lead at the top of the Premier League to four points with a win over Pepe Mel’s side.

The Blues go into the match on the back of a fine 3-0 win over Newcastle, with Jose Mourinho’s men currently on a 10 game winning run in the league, scoring 17 and conceding only three times.

West Brom have only won twice in their last 16 top flight games, and are in serious danger of relegation.

Here are the confirmed lineups:

West Brom: Foster, Reid, McAuley, Dawson, Ridgewell, Yacob, Amalfitano, Morrison, Brunt, Thievy, Berahino

Subs: Myhill (gk), Mulumbu, Lugano, Dorrans, Gera, Anichebe, Vydra.

Chelsea: Cech (c); Ivanovic, Cahill, D Luiz, Azpilicueta; Ramires, Matic; Willian, Oscar, Hazard; Eto’o.

Subs: Schwarzer, Cole, Mikel, Lampard, Schurrle, Salah, Torres
