So who decided that Chelsea should go back to 4-3-3?
Was it Roman Abramovich who wanted to see more attacking football?
Was it Mourinho who pushed for it?
Or did Roman relent on his desire to see Ballack play all the time, allowing Mourinho to revert to the 4-5-1 / 4-3-3 Chelsea setup that has won two back to back league titles?
If anything, reading that Mourinho and Roman finally met and patched up is good news – perhaps the Guardian and their ilk will now talk about Chelsea’s football than their boardroom squabbles.
Still, if Chelsea are to go with a 4-5-1/4-3-3, how would they line up? Have your say in the Soccerlens forum.
