Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is keen to bring Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Chelsea as early as January.
According to Italian outlet Sport Italia, Mourinho is frustrated with the Chelsea striker Diego Costa and is willing to break the bank for the Swedish star.
The report states that Mourinho is willing to send the Spanish international out on loan to Turkey and will replace him with Ibrahimovic.
Mourinho has a great relationship with Ibrahimovic and the duo have worked together at Inter Milan.
Chelsea are thought to be putting together a bumper financial package to lure the PSG striker to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are expected to table an offer of around 300,000 pounds a week (15.6 million pounds a year) to the Swedish forward.
It is evident that Diego Costa and Jose Mourinho are not best of friends but it would be extremely surprising to see him loaned out in January.
The pair have got into public altercations on the touchline during Chelsea’s Champions League clash against Maccabi. Furthermore, Costa was pictured throwing his bib at Mourinho for leaving him on the bench against Spurs earlier this season.
Zlatan would be a tremendous addition to any side in the Premier League. Despite his age, his quality and experience could be a massive boost for the stuttering Blues.
