liverpoolAC Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani has hinted his side’s interest in signing Liverpool youngster Suso and Real Madrid star midfielder Sami Khedira.

The 20-year-old Reds midfielder’s contract situation at Anfield is still not resolved and has less than a year left on his current deal with the Merseyside club. Brendan Rodgers’ side needs to tie him up with a new deal and failing to do so could see them lose the attacking midfielder for nothing next summer.

The Serie A outfit will monitor Suso’s situation at Liverpool, but Galliani has refused to confirm Milan’s interest in signing him.

“Transfer market? I know where can improve, but I don’t tell that to you. Suso? He has an expiring contract and he’ll tell us if he wants to move or stay,” Galliani toldGianluca Di Marzio.

Khedira: Can add steel to United's midfield

Meanwhile, Khedira has already rejected to sign a new deal last season and is also has less than a year left on his contract with the Spanish capital club. Premier League giants Arsenal are keen on securing the services of the World Cup winner’s signature in January, while Chelsea are also planning on signing the German international.

“Khedira? He’d be a good acquisition but he earns a lot, he’s an important player and it’s not sure whether he’ll renew with Real Madrid or not, he asks for very high wages,” Milan CEO said about Khedira.

“We offer our players the chance to leave, we can’t do anything if they don’t accept the destinations. We are in 26 now, the 27th is Montolivo and the 28th is Mastour. We’re in excess of a couple of players and we don’t have anybody that is frozen out,” he stressed.

However, with AC Milan CEO’s latest comments, it looks like Arsenal and Chelsea will face competition from the Italian giants. Any move from either of the club’s will only take shape next summer after Real manager Carlo Ancelotti confirmed the club will not sell Khedira in January.
