Southampton forward Sadio Mane is all set to complete his transfer to Liverpool later today.
The Senegal attacker will undergo his medical with the Merseyside giants later today and will sign a long term contract with the Reds.
Jurgen Klopp was keen on adding some pace and flair to his attack and the Premier League forward will do just that. Alongside Coutinho, Firmino and Sturridge, Mane could form a devastating front four.
According to BBC, Liverpool have agreed a fee in excess of 30 million pounds for the Southampton star.
Mane put on a stunning display against Liverpool at St Mary’s last season and Klopp was impressed with his performance at Anfield as well.
Liverpool will now look to recoup the fee for Mane by selling their 32 million pounds striker Christian Benteke. The Belgian has struggled to settle in at Anfield and will be moved on if a suitable offer comes in.
Mane will be the fifth player from Southampton to arrive at Anfield.
Adam Lallana, Dejan Lovren, Rickie Lambert and Nathaniel Clyne have all moved to Anfield since the summer of 2014.
