Roma defender Antonio Rudiger has been linked with a move away from the club this summer.
The likes of Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea have all been linked with the German. Rudiger joined Roma on loan from Stuttgart and the Italians have an option to sign him for 9 million Euros.
According to reports in Italy, Roma are ready to sign the German permanently and then sell him for double this summer.
Gazzetta are claiming that Roma director Walter Sabatini has already identified replacements for the German – Samuel Umtiti and Kurt Zouma.
The report also adds that Sabatini has already begun negotiations with Chelsea since April regarding the transfer of French defender Kurt Zouma. The young defender was one of Chelsea’s best players during the first half of the season before picking up a major injury.
Sabatini hopes to sign the young Chelsea defender for a bargain because of his injury. He hopes that Chelsea will get rid of him after worries regarding his long term recovery.
It will be a bit of surprise if Antonio Conte decides to sell Zouma this summer. The French defender is arguably the best young defender in the world and is young enough to recover fully from his knee injury.
