Luis Suarez produced arguably the best individual performance of the season so far, as Liverpool earned a convincing 5-1 victory over Norwich City at Anfield in the Premier League.
The Uruguayan who has an uncanny knack of scoring against Norwich, scored 4 spectacular goals and created history for the Reds. He became the only Liverpool player to have scored three hat-tricks against any club.
The Reds opened the scoring in the 15th minute, when Suarez scored a magical goal from 40-yards out which is arguably one of the contenders for the goal of the season.
The Uruguayan added tally 15 minutes later, after he found himself in space inside the penalty box, from a resulting corner and slotted home with great aplomb.
Five minutes later, Suarez produced yet another moments of magic, a wonderful solo effort and Liverpool lead 3-0 while the fate of the match was already sealed.
After half time, Suarez was still unstoppable, and scored his fourth goal of the match from a stunning free kick. The show was still not over, as he provided an assist for Raheem Sterling’s goal while Liverpool wrapped up a very memorable night.
