Paul Pogba’s transfer to Manchester United is now close to being announced.
The Frenchman has been a target for Real Madrid as well, but Los Blancos have been priced out of a deal for the Juventus midfielder.
Manchester United have finally agreed a fee with the Italian champions and the move should be completed this week. Pogba agreed personal terms with his former club a few weeks ago.
According to latest reports from Italy, the player is set to arrive in Manchester for an official photo-shoot and the deal should be announced later this week.
The world class Frenchman will be Mourinho’s fourth big signing at Old Trafford after Bailly, Ibrahimovic and Mkhitaryan.
The former Chelsea manager recently said that he is looking to sign one more player in the midfield and it seems that Mourinho has finally got his man.
Pogba’s move to Manchester United will eclipse that of Gareth Bale’s transfer to Real Madrid a few seasons ago. The Old Trafford outfit will pay a world record fee in the region of 100 million pounds for the Juventus star.
Pogba will add much needed steel and creativity to Manchester United’s midfield. The French star will also help out with the goal scoring from midfield.
